Come learn how to make your own hard cider!

Paul Brookshire will illustrate the complete hard cider making process including what equipment is needed to make cider, what to expect from the process, how to avoid errors, and tips on customizing cider to individual tastes.   He will discuss fruit collection and prepping, milling and crushing, fermenting and storing, and finally bottling techniques that can be applied at any scale.  He also will conduct a brief taste testing of cider so as to illustrate the various aspects of cider appreciation and how cider-makers can control the process to a desired outcome.
